About Us
Our Story
Tortillas Don Pon was founded over 37 years ago in the Volcanes region of the State of Mexico. The founder, along with his wife, decided to establish the first tortilla shop in the area, incorporating the traditional processes of nixtamalization and milling with volcanic stones, a method that is still preserved to this day.
From the early years, we have carefully selected the best grains, working closely with and supporting local farmers.
Today, we innovate the production process of Don Pon products while preserving their original tradition and flavor. We have expanded our presence to five states in the Republic, winning the hearts of Mexican families.
At Don Pon, we produce and distribute Packaged Tortillas, Totopos, and traditional Masa. Our products are made with the highest standards of quality and nutritional value, keeping traditional processes alive, which results in high-quality products with the added value of warm service.
